RENOGEN® (Erythropoietin Alfa/EPO Alfa)
is a recombinant form of human erythropoietin, a glycoprotein hormone that stimulates red blood cell (RBC) production.

Indication: Anemia caused by chronic kidney disease (hemodialysis).

BEVAGEN® (Bevacizumab Biosimilar)
An innovative, life-saving cancer treatment for Indonesian patients

Etana is also planning to start produce a Bevacizumab biosimilar product for the Indonesian market, with the brand name of BEVAGEN.  This product is used for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer and metastatic colorectal cancer. Etana will produce this drug under an out-license agreement entered into with Innovent Biologics, a world-class biopharmaceutical producer listed on the Hongkong stock exchange, and also one of Etana’s investors. Through this cooperation, Etana will be able to provide access to an innovative, life-saving drug to Indonesian patients at affordable prices.

Monoclonal Antibody Drugs (MABs)

Looking to the future, Etana expects to become the pioneer of monoclonal antibody drugs (MABs) manufacturer. Monoclonal antibodies are laboratory-produced molecules engineered to serve as substitute antibodies that can restore, enhance or mimic the immune system's attack on cancer cells. They are designed to bind to antigens that are generally more numerous on the surface of cancer cells than healthy cells. Monoclonal antibodies are used to treat cancer by enlisting natural immune system functions to fight the disease, with fewer side effects and greater efficacy than traditional chemotherapy.
